Weekly writing check-in: the one with allergies and the writing vortex

Do you feel that? It feels like … pollen in the air. But everything is so green and lovely and hive-inducing. Still. I’ll take spring.

So, I pulled on my writing cap this week (well, in my case, it’s a Doctor Who T-shirt) and I’m in a bit of a writing vortex, where I hope to stay for a while. I’m still planning and researching and reading, but it’s nice to add in some actual writing to the mix.

Otherwise, a quiet week. Two rejections, and I need to send those back out again. But for now, I’m going to put on my scribbling suit, lock myself in a room somewhere (or just sit at the kitchen table), and write.

So…. to go with that Dr. Who T-shirt, you might need a writer’s hat. Consider, for example, this one: https://img1.etsystatic.com/103/0/10986745/il_fullxfull.882077925_jyc1.jpg

    Or. Maybe not.

In the meantime… bless you! And here’s hoping that allergy season is over soon!
