Weekly writing check-in: quick-quick, slow-slow

Depositphotos_77672508_s-2019That’s been my week: words coming so quickly I can barely keep up and then the slowdown. Then, it picks up again.

I think it’s because I’m heading into the last third of the story. Sometimes I can’t wait to reach the finish line, and other times I want to draw it out, spend more time with the characters.

At some point–some point soon–I will reach the end.

  1. Lol, that’s how it goes, doesn’t it? We have our good days and our bad ones, though for me, it’s slow most of the time. Anyway, thanks for this post!

  2. The consistency of inconsistency. That’s how my writing is described. And that’s ok.
