What I read/am reading:
- Finished The Happiness Advantage: The Seven Principles of Positive Psychology That Fuel Success and Performance at Work by Shawn Achor. Brain science! I love brain science!
- Finished Cloaked in Red by Vivian Vande Velde (who has a really cool name). Several tongue-in-cheek retellings of Little Red Riding Hood.
- Still working my way through the big fat book on the Russian Revolution. I’m on page 134. I’m tearing through that thing like someone who tears through books on the Russian Revolution. Or not.
New books on the block:
A while back, I entered a Twitter contest to win Kiss, Kiss, Bark! from Tanglewood Press–then figured that would be that.
This week, I found out that I won a copy. Kyra was thrilled. So was I.
It looks like a cute and fun read. We both can’t wait to dig in.
